Refund & Replacement Policies


If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.

Should you receive an item that is in the wrong colour or size than the one you originally order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement.

We can offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

  • Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
  • We sent wrong item – size, style, colour.
  • Parcels that are lost in transit.
  • Measurements are provided in each product’s description to help you get a more accurate fit. We do not bear responsibility due to NON-RECEIPT or REFUSAL because the item that does not fit you.

Note: Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
White chamber will not be held liable to any misroute parcels. 

 

Can all items be returned?

 

All items will be accepted back so long as they meet all of our returns terms and conditions and a returns request is submitted within 14 days of receipt of delivery.

 


How do I return a product?


If the item you have bought is no longer required, you can return it within 14 days following the delivery date providing that the product has not been used. Please contact us and we will instruct you of how to begin the returns process.
 

Return Terms & Conditions


You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Once we have received your return, you will receive a refund from us within 14 days. Please make sure to always take note of the delivery times for returns. It can take up to 15 days for your return to reach us. If possible, please send us the goods in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Other packaging is also accepted. For this refund, we use the same means of payment that were used for the original transaction. It may come to delays depending on the bank used for the transaction.

Returns are the customer’s responsibility until the return has arrived at the appropriate return address or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods. If you send us a tracking number, our team will be happy to provide you with tracking assistance. Simply contact our customer service team. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again and contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by submitting a ticket at our website.

Please be aware that you order may be liable for charges or fees as a result of customs laws relevant to the delivery country. We recommend that the customer views and makes themselves aware of any country specific customs fees by visiting their country customs agency website, where guidelines relating to such fees will be outlined. It is the responsibility of the customer to be familiar of such fees that may be applicable. Please note that we have no control over what fees are liable to be charged. we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes, or fails to pay the customs charge within the time period outlined that results in the order being returned to sender. Please be aware that we will only be able to issue you with a partial refund in these circumstances, once any of the above charges and costs have been factored into the return amount.

The customer could also liable for the same charges outlined previously if the parcel is returned to sender because of incorrect or missing delivery address information. Whilst we make every effort to validate address details at point of dispatch, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to input the correct shipping details initially during the checkout process. Should you realize that an incorrect information/address was added in your order please contact us right away.


Instructions on cancellation

1. Right to cancel

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

3. Voluntary Return Policy white chamber

White chamber grants you a 30-day right of return beyond your legal right of withdrawal. Your legal right of withdrawal is not affected by the compliance with our rules for supplementary contractually granted (voluntary) right of return and remains independent of this. Until the expiration of the period for the statutory right of revocation, only the statutory conditions listed apply. The contractually granted (voluntary) right of return also does not limit your statutory warranty rights, which you will receive unrestricted. The 30-day right of return granted by white chamber ends 30 days after placing the order. Decisive is the date of the order confirmation. A claim of this special right of return is only possible if the ordered goods are returned undamaged and in their original packaging. For the consequences of the revocation, the statements (see 2) apply accordingly.

4. Further information on the right of withdrawal and return

Customers are requested, in order to exercise the legal right of revocation or the special right of revocation, to fill out the return slip enclosed with the shipment for the item they wish to return. Put the completed form together with the goods, if possible in their original packaging, into the package and close them carefully. Completed returns are considered by us as use of your right of withdrawal. Please note that we do not refund the shipping charges incurred. You are not legally required to comply with the recommended actions listed in this section.
